- If additional parts, labour, or materials are required during installation or service, you will be notified and provided with an updated quote for approval.
- Promotional offers or discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
- Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email.
- We require reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a service call fee.
- We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, supply delays, or staff unavailability.

- We accept payments via bank transfer, EFTPOS, or approved online payment methods.

- All new installations come with a manufacturer’s warranty (as per brand and model) and our workmanship guarantee.
- Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, poor maintenance, unauthorised repairs, or external factors such as power surges or weather events.
- Regular servicing is recommended to maintain warranty validity.

Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate details about the property and installation requirements.
- Ensuring safe and reasonable access to the installation or service site.
- Obtaining necessary permissions for work in rental or shared properties.
- Keeping pets and children clear of the work area during service.
